This little skit appears to have something to do with heart surgery, but you don't have to get the joke to be tickled by Jolanta in her bubble bath. It's the sort of thing that often falls by the wayside because the actress is impossible to identify, but in this case she was given a name-check on the end credits. So thank you The Producers for that; it was very helpful.
