# Les week-ends maléfiques du Comte Zaroff (Michel Lemoine, France, 1976) (featuring Maria Mancini as Stephanie) ✭ ✭ ✭ ✭ ✭
with Martine Azencot, Michel Lemoine, Nathalie Zeiger, Howard Vernon, Joëlle Coeur, Stéphane Lorry, Robert de Laroche, Sophie Grynholc, Patricia Mionnet, Manu Pluton and Jean-Claude Romer
The story of Count Zaroff, Frenchman, who hunts down naked young women on horseback, but only at weekends due to the demands of having to hold down a full-time office job. Unfortunately Maria happens to be hitchhiking the day the Count is driving down to the country to see his new house. This guy has to be the smoothest-talking snake in the business. Some of the chat-up lines he comes out with are amazing. Definitely one to watch with a pen and paper to hand. And he actually means some of this stuff too! Watch this tasteful little clip for confirmation.
Giallo a Venezia (Mario Landi, Italy, 1979)
